This workshop is intended to instil the basics of good project management at all levels of an organisation. It is appropriate for a wide range of staff and includes real world and pragmatic training.

What is it?

  • 2 day project management workshop
  • an introduction to project management, but even the most experienced people will get something out of this
  • workshops incorporate methods, processes and tools that we have developed to project manage projects we are involved with.
  • tools and techniques have been developed to take a lot of the stress out of project management
  • participants are given simple and practical exercises that embed the learnings, with a focus on project planning, as many projects go astray during these first critical steps
