Frank’s commercial experience started with Shell New Zealand in 1990. He had a number of roles with Shell and then became Transpower’s (the New Zealand Electricity Grid operator) Commercial Contracts Manager before setting up his own business.
He has spent over 25 years specialising in:
Frank has completed the NZ Level 6 Certificate in Infrastructure Procurement Procedures, previously known as the CPP or NZTA Qualified Evaluator Qualification. It’s the only NZQA qualification that recognises practical application of best practice procurement in New Zealand. This qualification is a mandatory requirement for at least one member of an evaluation team for NZTA projects and NZTA funded projects valued over $200,000.
He has negotiated over 350 commercial contracts and run over 350 procurement projects in over 120 different categories.
Frank consults and trains in all of these areas. He has trained thousands of people in New Zealand and Australia.
Frank lives just out of Martinborough (his home town) and his passions include:
