Debbie’s career has mainly been in customer service/sales/administration within a range of areas including co-owning a pool supply & installation company; excavation & earthmoving company; and landscaping & garden supply business. While raising a family of two boys who have both carried on in the businesses.
She has worked for a variety of industries including:
- Retail
- Hospitality
- Administration
- Pool construction
- Power construction
- Excavation & Earth works
- Supporting volunteer roles (mainly as treasurer)
- Early Childcare
- Swimming club
- Primary School
- Horse Club
Debbie’s outside interests are:
- family & friends
- dancing – ballroom, modern jive, rock ‘n’ roll and line dancing
- craft work – quilting, knitting, crocheting (the list just grows with new ideas)
- animals – a range of fur babies
- gardening with providing food on the table
- learning with a level of challenge to upskill myself
- travelling to new places with my husband
