Section 17A of the Local Government Act requires councils to review how they deliver their services. We have worked out a fast, simple and cost-effective way of doing these reviews. They don’t need to be onerous or difficult, they can be done in days not months and they don’t need to cost the earth. Check out the video for more detail and all the answers you'll need..... We hope our approach to selecting suppliers gives you food for thought and that you see that while price is extremely important, we deal with cost as part of the contract negotiations after we have chosen a preferred supplier - who we think is fit for purpose and the best fit for our clients. The crucial aspect is that you need to decide what you want. Once you know that, then you can develop a strategy and a plan. Our approach is that we run a 2 stage ROI and RFP process in a relatively short timeframe. Check out the video for more info……. For those that missed out on attending one of our public workshops in Q1, check out our Calendar of Events page. And remember our Q1 promo for inhouse workshops has been extended to June! |
