Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By confirming your attendance at one of our workshops you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them accordingly.

Workshop Booking and Payment

Note that payment for all workshop bookings is expected prior to the workshop date.  An invoice will be provided on registration.

Workshop Cancellations and Refunds

Workshop Cancellations and Postponements

Whilst every effort will be made to run all advertised workshops, The Integral Group Ltd (TIGL) reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the workshop unviable.  If TIGL cancels a workshop, attendees will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a workshop, attendees will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same workshop at the new, future date.

TIGL will endeavour to notify attendees as soon as practicable of cancellations and postponements and will not be liable for any expenses incurred by attendees as a result of the cancellations and/or postponements.

Force Majeure

Under no circumstances will TIGL be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control including without limitation fires, flood, storms, explosion, earthquakes, other acts of God or war or in the case of webinars, technical failures.

Cancellations

Any cancellation must be made in writing by emailing kerry@tigl.co.nz.

For cancellations more than 10 working days prior to a workshop:

If cancellation of registration is received more than 10 working days prior to the start date of the workshop, the registration fee will not be invoiced, or if pre-paid, a full refund will be given. All refund requests must be made by the attendee and must include the name of the attendee and/or Purchase Order number.

For cancellations 10 or less working days prior to a workshop:

If cancellation of registration is received 10 working days or less prior to the start of the workshop, or in the case of registered non-attendees, the registration fee will be payable in full and no refunds given.

It is our policy where there are circumstances beyond attendees control that prevent them from attending a workshop, i.e. disruption to travel arrangements, sickness etc., not to refund the registration fee but to provide course materials (if applicable). Only in exceptional circumstances will refunds be considered such as a local state of emergency requiring essential staff to remain in that area to respond to the emergency. Please contact kerry@tigl.co.nz giving full details.

However, if a registered person is unable to attend a substitute may be sent at no extra cost.

Please note that these above policies apply to all TIGL workshops unless otherwise noted in the corresponding workshop materials. Please read all individual workshop information thoroughly.

Please note:

The information you supply during registration for a workshop will be shared and used between TIGL staff, contractors and third party providers for the purpose of the event and for notifications of subsequent TIGL events. Unless you request otherwise, your information may also be shared with fellow participants and sponsors of the event in the form of a participant list. You are entitled to ask TIGL for access to your personal information and to request any corrections.

Filming and Photography at Workshops

When you attend a TIGL workshop, you will be in an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the workshop premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release or publication to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by TIGL.

Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar TIGL workshops in the future, highlight the workshop and exhibit the capabilities of TIGL. You release TIGL, its employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording or publication and use of photographs, video and/or or sound recordings.
