COVID Update

The Integral Group Ltd are up and running and continuing to provide advice, support and training where required.  As a small local business, we understand that the economic impacts of COVID19 have been, and still are, significant in the local community. Companies and clients are having to adapt and get used to different ways of doing business. 

By chance we had already been working out over the last 12 months how to undertake a lot of our work remotely. This was mainly to try and cut down travel time but now has helped with working during COVID19 restrictions, and we have in fact been running a number of procurement projects through lockdown and afterwards. This means:

  • we have sound and defendable processes suitable for all clients
  • we have worked out how to do all of the elements of our processes via video calls and have successfully done this with clients and suppliers
  • we know it works already, and haven’t had to invent something new
  • it can minimise physical contact requirements and at the same time enable you to carry out your business.
  • clients are kept up to date with training which has been done via webinars over the last couple of years.
