Allan is a Senior Consultant at The Integral Group and has Bachelor of Arts & Industrial Relations degrees. He has 35 years' management experience in a number of different fields, ranging from HR & IR through to project management and procurement.

Since immigrating to New Zealand in March 1994 he has worked in the health sector for 24 years:
As Project Manager his biggest assignment was managing the furniture, fittings and equipment during the construction of the new Auckland City Hospital. At that stage this project was one of the largest undertaken in the New Zealand Health sector.
As far as his procurement experience is concerned he has not only procured products and services from offshore companies but also managed a trans-Tasman team.
